Our work has one clear focus: your child's individual needs. In order for us to support your child's development in the best possible way, we employ people with different educational training backgrounds. They all attend regular further training courses, which enable them to bring new ideas and proposals to their daily work - ideas that will also benefit your child!

Both the Nursery Manager and the Assistant Nursery Manager have BA (Honours) degree in Early Years Education. All our other staff are qualified (or in training) to NVQ Level 3/4 in child care.

Our ratios are:

1 adult to 3    0-2 year olds

1 adult to 4    2-3 year olds

1 adult to 8    3-5 year olds

Each child is allocated a Key Worker who has special responsibility for that child's care.
